#CelebrateSkills

Please join us on May 28, 2020 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm for a celebration of Skills across Canada. .

Skills Manitoba will highlight four initiatives and conversations with Manitobans who value careers in the skilled trades and the essential contribution they make to our society.

One initiative we are very proud of is our ‘online shortened version’ of our very popular In School Program that we deliver to over 12,000 students a year.
Please check us out on the 28th!

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the cancellation of the 2020 Skills Canada National Competition, Skills Canada has launched a digital experience of skills called #celebrateskills.

This online experience will run until May 30th as Skills Canada highlights many of the interactive initiatives that would have been on display at the national competition this year in Vancouver, B.C.

On Thursday May 28th, we invite you to share all the content we post on the Skills Manitoba Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages on your own social platforms to help us spread awareness of the value of skilled trades in our province.

Make sure when you share and repost our content to use the hashtag #celebrateskills.

All of our content will be posted on our social media channels between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 pm on May 28th, 2020.

Sincerely,

Maria Pacella
