Team Manitoba cheered “TOBA, “TOBA” as high school, college, and young apprentices took to the podium claiming 7 Gold, 12 Silver and 11 Bronze medals at the annual Olympic-style Skills Canada National Competition held in Toronto, Ontario on May 27 – 30, 2026.

The 64 member team earned the right to represent Manitoba at the Skills Canada National Competition by earning a gold medal in their respective trade or technology area at the Skills Manitoba Competition held on April 9, 2026.

Congratulations as well to Cassandra Foy – Post Secondary level Car Painting, for winning the Best of Region Award for Manitoba!
